Dear Employees, 

   It appears winter time is here based on the cold air on November 14, 2014. It almost feels like Christmas time. I hope you all had a good summer and everything went well.

   I always like to give you a status on how our business is doing. We are a little bit above average, but not as good as some of the past years.

   I wanted to let you know that we are not going to have the Christmas party this year. I know a lot of us are disappointed. After reviewing the past several years, a lot of our employees were unable to attend for many reasons. On a positive note, you will receive your Christmas bonus on December 5, 2014.
